Can I attend the Career Talks?

We are working on the logistics of allowing volunteers to view sessions they are interested in seeing.
Can people outside of SLAC volunteer?

Answer:

We are working with National Lab partners to invite Lab employees outside of SLAC to volunteer. Please contact us if you have any questions.
What if I am already registered, but now I am no longer able to volunteer?

Answer:

If you have already registered to volunteer and you need to change your volunteer shifts, please contact us as soon as possible.
What if I can't attend training?

Answer:

We are working on the logistics of sharing recorded videos of the mandatory training sessions.
I submitted my volunteer registration form, when will I receive my assignment(s)?

Answer:

Our goal is to finalize all volunteer assignments by July 9.
If I'm not available the week of camp, can I still volunteer?

Answer:

Yes! Please complete the form and select "I'm only available before/after camp".
Can I volunteer if I am not a scientist or engineer?

Answer:

Our goal is to highlight STEM careers. We are accepting volunteers from all departments.
